This project momentum from Argentina in late 2005 in a call for software projects, the same being fully funded by the excellent work and the work outlined.
Once begun the development of Project Alba, the need to better understand the requirements for the systems, those things to take into account management, so that local institutions were used for this purpose in different areas as a result of this survey this development was categorized into the following modules:
